The Forgotten Creation
Long ago, in a forgotten corner of Talmuth, a lonely toymaker lived, known for crafting intricate wooden marionettes and enchanted figures. Obsessed with the idea of creating life, he began experimenting with ancient, forbidden magic. His dream was to bring to life a companion that could move, think, and even feel.
He started with humble materials: wooden boxes that he had lying around his workshop. He fitted them together, forming a bipedal creature with a small box for its head, a large one for its torso, and smaller crates for its limbs. Once the figure was complete, the toymaker used the last of his magical energy, infusing the creation with a powerful soul-binding spell. And then, Jack in the Box was born.
But Jack wasn’t quite what the toymaker expected. While animated and intelligent, the creature had no memory or sense of purpose. It wandered the streets of Talmuth, confused and out of place. Its creaky wooden frame startled villagers, and the constant popping of its head’s lid made it an eerie sight.
Fearing what he had unleashed, the toymaker tried to undo his work, but Jack resisted. Over the years, the creature found a new purpose—uncovering relics and treasures lost to time. Jack became a relic itself—a living creation of wood and magic, cursed with a life it never asked for.
Now, those who find Jack in the Box can unlock its power, adopting the appearance of this bizarre wooden enigma. But beware, for the echo of the toymaker’s magic still lingers within, and Jack’s curious spirit may live on in those who don his form. Allows shapeshifting into this form.

Encountering Darthrauka is an unpleasant experience to begin with, but in times of war, being in opposition to his ever-increasing pursuit of worldly domination, doesn't often bode well for you.
Mitreus, a frost god, learned this lesson the hard way. Rather than eliminate Mitreus entirely, Darthrauka felt that a life of torment as a puny creature, would be far more torturous a punishment, than death. Condemning Mitreus to life as a wolf, Darthrauka figured his enemy would be rendered but a mere, harmless beast. Except he was wrong.
Having retained a modicum of power following transformation, Mitreus soon became a menace for Darthrauka, and his minions, posing fierce opposition to his plans, for centuries. With a newly acquired form of swiftness and strength, little did Darthrauka know, that rather than issue damnation, he had unleashed himself... a Snowstorm! Grants the Cleanse ability, allowing harmful effects to be removed during an adventure.
Cleanse has a 28 second cooldown and costs 475 energy.
Your companion also helps break objects. For Centuries, Gogum had protected over the people of Talmuth with a watchful eye, shielding it's population from evil forces that wished to do them harm.
Gogum wasn't some ordinary gargoyle. With it's ability to conjure up charitable offerings to all of those who blessed him with their presence, he became a local treasure, and the citizens of Talmuth treated him as such.
Not all tales have happy endings however, and Gogum knew that it was only a matter of time before the evildoers would be able to break through his seal, and enter the town of Talmuth. Sadly, that day came quicker than expected, and there was no stopping it.
One day, without warning, the Order Of Shadows broke through the seal, and cast a spell of multiflication upon Gogum. Gogum fought valiantly, but ultimately, the spell was just far too powerful for him to counter. Soon after, the spell began to take action. Within minutes, Gogum began to transform, and multiply into hundreds of hideous creatures, with evil intentions. Needless to say, the friendly, neighborhood gargoyle was no more, and in it's place, introduced something far more sinister.
With the town no longer under the protection of Gogum, and evil lurking about, the days ahead are starting to look grim for the people of Talmuth. It may be time to call for reinforcements... +10% damageFor decades, the Arkhirian empire, along with it's army of elite warriors, maintained near-complete dominion over the region now known as Thorberth. Small, yet mighty, this versatile fighting force would effortlessly vanquish any enemy that stood in their path, and appeared to be unstoppable.
Composed of merely 5000 men, each equipped with a weapon known only as the 'Stampeder', this relatively small platoon would go on to bring great success and recognition to the land of Arkhire. Although strong and courageous, their true power lay within the swords they grasped, and the opposition was very much aware of this.
Little did the Arkharian's know, there were traitors within their ranks, or more precisely, spies. These treasonous renegades were given one mission, and one mission only; Infiltrate the group, and dispose of their weapons. Normally an assignment like this would be dangerous, and require some serious planning, but when your targets are fresh off a victory, and known boozehounds, it can actually be quite painless.
Swiftly and efficiently, the undercover agents gathered up all of the swords in the middle of the night, and transported them away from the Arkharian's base. Rather than keep these weapons for themselves, they decided that it would be in the best interest of everybody, to simply destroy them. One by one, the swords were melted down, until all that remained was a metal of unknown origin. Unsure of how to dispose of this metal, the group decided to form it into small, round pieces, in hopes of passing them off as gold coins, never again to be distinguishable for what they really are.
The was only one problem...
The designer of the Stampeder, and the only person in existence with the ability to identify this metal, was still very much alive. Not only was he on the hunt for this rare substance, but he was looking to revive his most precious of creations!+10% chance to cause PoisonVery few toxins are more deadly than that of a northern swamp scorpion. While most look to avoid this substance, others have attempted to weaponize it, and King Hamett of Aberdow did just that.
After taking one look at his mediocre squad of bowmen, the king knew that no amount of training would ever be able to improve their skills. Rather than import untrustworthy archers from foreign lands to replace his current defenses, the king started to investigate ways to make the best of what he had.
Although this group lacked accuracy, they definitely had strength in their shots, and therefore, when they did land a hit, the king wanted to make sure that it counted.
The great thing about a toxin, is that no matter how, or where it enters the body, it's effects begin to immediately take action, and after speaking with a local blacksmith about a design, it was agreed that if a bow could somehow be be infused with a lethal venom, it would turn even the most subpar archer, into a respectable warrior.
There was only one problem. The northern swamp scorpion may be one of the most deadly arachnida in existence, but it's also extremely rare, and obtaining enough toxin to supply the king's entire infantry with poison-dipped arrows, wasn't going to be possible. Luckily for the king, there was somebody in town that could help with this very issue, and she only needed a single drop.
Following several hours of odd incantations, local sorceress Koral Kane, imbued the king's entire inventory of bows with the unique ability to infinitely reproduce this deadly substance, and in turn, upgraded the defenses for all of Aberdow! +400 health and +400 energy over 5 secondsLegends tell of a great, golden hive, hidden deep within the whispering groves of the Sunveil Wilds, where the bees were not mere insects, but keepers of an ancient magic.
