Despite its name, the Ring of Pyre doesn't ignite fires; rather, it serves the opposite purpose.

Designed to shield its wearer from flames, the ring absorbs heat within its thick thermal lining. Although it doesn't offer full immunity, it greatly diminishes the severity of burns.
