Pumpkinseed Soup

There's nothing like a hearty pumpkin soup, on a chilly fall evening, well, almost nothing. How about a little extra crunch to enhance the overall experience? Dorothy Duran of Evanbrook was convinced it would, and so, she created the renowned dish known as the Pumpkinseed Soup.

Using a hollowed out squash, along with it's extracted pulp, a variety of aromatic spices, and topped off with a handful of heavenly roasted pumpkin seeds, this incredible recipe was born.

Not only will this savory dish leave you feeling empowered and ready to take on the world, but you won't even have to clean the bowl when you're finished!
