There's nothing like a hearty pumpkin soup, on a chilly fall evening, well, almost nothing. How about a little extra crunch to enhance the overall experience? Dorothy Duran of Evanbrook was convinced it would, and so, she created the renowned dish known as the Pumpkinseed Soup.
Using a hollowed out squash, along with it's extracted pulp, a variety of aromatic spices, and topped off with a handful of heavenly roasted pumpkin seeds, this incredible recipe was born.
