Nepholia

One of the more significant findings of the modern age, this peculiar, yet distinctive plant, is not only incredibly rare, but also as mysterious as it appears.

First discovered deep within the White Rock Mines of Thorberth, the Nepholia is a subterranean, cloud-like flower, consisting of protruding growths, which emit a luminous blue glow, when placed near murky bodies of water. Little is known about the significance of this natural occurrence, but the substance contained within these bluish bulbs, is believed to be one of natures greatest marvels.
