When iron sings, the brave will hear,
A clash that echoes far and near.
From molten dreams and shadow's breath,
Awaits a crown, or silent death.
The gates once sealed now quake once more,
As thunder shakes the fortress floor.
The Conqueror stirs, his eyes ignite,
To challenge those who dare the fight.
Will courage bloom or crumble fast?
When steel meets will, who'll stand at last?
The drums resound, the banners flash,
Prepare yourselves… for Ironclash.
Brave adventurers, the time has come for the thrilling third Valor Expedition in Lost Relics!
The previous Expedition, Stormweaver, saw a tremendous increase in participation. Many of you climbed the ladders and completed every tier available, a formidable achievement! Together, we proved once again who's boss.
Over the next 17 weeks, we'll face a new and ruthless foe: Conqueron. Enter his keep, endure the onslaught, and challenge his wrath in Ironclash: Valor Expedition. Are you ready?
Many Expedition mechanics remain the same, but for those new to the concept, we recommend reading the first and second Expedition blogs to get up to speed. They'll give you everything you need to make the most of this event.
We've removed the option to select a difficulty at the Waygate; now you'll face a single, unified challenge. Don't judge it too quickly though; this fight plays out very differently from those before it.
A heads-up: it's quite energy-intensive. If you're not rocking top-tier gear, we suggest bringing damage-boosting potions to speed up your battles, along with plenty of energy restoratives, whether consumables or artifacts.
For those who find the battle too tough, don't despair! With the upcoming Skills Shake-Up, we've got a cool new mechanic planned that will make life much easier for you.
Where Moltarus felt a bit stingy, Velora was far more generous, dropping mythical weapons left and right, plus a truckload of Arcane Fragments. For Conqueron, we wanted to introduce something unique.

You might be lucky enough to find a Mark of the Conqueror; a token that unlocks a unique recipe in your skillbook (simply visit the relevant crafting table to activate it, in this case the Alchemy Table).

Not into production? Or found multiple Marks? No problem, you can sell them on the market! As thehiddenhiro would say, “Are we going to get 20k?!” Or maybe even more?

There's also a chance to obtain the Catalyst of Convergence. Bring this item to the Fuser to enjoy a discount when fusing Arcane Fragments. A fun and rewarding bonus for dedicated fusers.
As always, the Expedition features 17 tiers to complete and 17 rewards to earn.
However, there's one major change: instead of receiving Arcane Fragments (M/T) or Primeforge Shards (M/T), you'll now earn Valorbound Marks.

These can be exchanged for whichever resource you prefer:

We've refreshed these! Some goals have been added, others removed or rebalanced with new rewards.
These weekly goals aren't meant for everyone to complete, and that's okay!

If you manage to finish them all: 🫡
This reward system has been incredibly well-received, and we're happy to see it stay!

This Expedition, the Valor Token Cache got even better, it can now hold up to 150 Valor Tokens (increased from 120) and is obtainable after just 3 Conqueron kills!
The Valorbound Chest has returned to the shop.

We ran out of time for one of our original plans, so this time we've done something a little different. The chest now includes a chance to obtain a Valor Triad (T), or an Elixir of Grand Fortune.
Valor Triads (T) can also be obtained in two other ways:
With the introduction of the Valor Triad (T), we've also created a new Transcendent Artifact: the Aetherion Core, available from Orin Thalios. Wield this mighty artifact to send up to ten foes into oblivion.
The Elixir of Grand Fortune grants +100% bonus Gold from adventures for the entire duration of the Valor Expedition. Once activated, its effect lasts until the Expedition ends.
Each Valorbound Chest also contains a guaranteed 500,000 Gold Coins.
For full loot table details, see the tooltip of the Valorbound Chest in the shop.
The Elixir of Fortune is now available in the shop or from Orin Thalios. When consumed, it provides +50% bonus Gold from adventures for the full duration of the Valor Expedition. Once activated, the effect lasts until the Expedition concludes.
Both potions can be stacked, but there is now an internal limit on Bonus Gold of 150%.
With the Skill Shake-Up, we will be removing a number of systems and items (keep a close eye on #game-announcements in Discord for updates), including virtual weapons. Some players still rely on these for Colossi or other high-end gamemodes. We want everyone to remain competitive across all content, and we have several mechanics planned to support that. Once everything is in place, the bigger picture will become clear.
One of the first changes is a strength increase for several higher-tier artifacts. This will help offset the power loss when virtual weapons are phased out, while also restoring some of the strength players previously had when combat used multiplicative rather than additive modifiers.
This affects the following items (their marketplace listings have been cancelled):
This pool will now receive 12.5% of total trade fees instead of 25%. The remaining portion has been reallocated to strengthen ongoing creative development and ensure a continuous flow of new adventures, updates, and balance improvements.
As a show of good faith, we've also added 10000 ENJ to the Grand Pool, supporting the community directly while continuing to build the future of Lost Relics.
The Ecosystem will now be:
The Journey Pool has been removed for this Expedition, and so all funds are directed into the Grand Pool (not split into the Journey Pool), and awarded at the end of the Expedition to those who qualify.
This means there's no ongoing weekly payouts, but the final payout is a much larger value.
We're also evolving how we support our creators, the players who showcase adventures, share tips, and help grow the Lost Relics community.
From now on, content creators will receive an amount of Valor Tokens, relative to their ranking by the community. This change keeps the reward loop fully inside the Lost Relics ecosystem, tied to gameplay, participation, and progress, rather than external token value.
Each week, creators will earn Valor Tokens based on their ranking and community votes:
Placement Reward
This structure keeps participation open to everyone while still celebrating the most active and creative contributors, and most importantly scales for the future.
Prepare your blades, brave your fears, and enter the Ironclash.
Conqueron awaits.
